Flat clusters 2 to 3 inches across made up of numerous ¼-inch white flowers with what appear to be narrow, string-like petals, making it look like a fuzzy cluster.
Opposing leaves join around the stem so it appears the stem grows through one large leaf. Leaves are wrinkly, 4 to 8 inches long tapering to a point at the tip; stem is covered in fine hairs.
