First seeds starting to form. The way they sprout from the middle of the flower looks odd.

The flower here may be a blob of white, but the leaves are more interesting anyway. There they are in all their dew-y goodness. The little guy even caught himself a snack.
This was the most common flower I saw in my outing at Fort Snelling State Park today.
Some colors are harder to photograph than others. Blue/violet is one of the more difficult ones. This picture came out much better than expected.
This plant is on the endangered species list for Minnesota. I’m lucky to have seen it.
First bloom of the season.
This photo isn’t significant because it is a pretty clean shot, but because I now know where the little devil’s been hiding for the past several weeks.
